Hotel 01 Batam

We had a great stay. Best aspects were the friendly staff, comfortable bed, unique decor, and convenient location near the ferry terminal. free pool table and wide TV selection were appreciated.

The hotel had an interesting and unique theme throughout the decoration which was very enjoyable. the hotel was located in a convenient spot and was in close proximity to shopping centres and the ferry terminal. Lastly, there was a good selection of TV channels available in the room.

The swimming pool was not in good condition during our stay and needed maintenance. the room and bathroom were not completely spotless, and there was some visible wear and tear that could have been improved.

The hotel has an interesting concept and lovely decorations that create a unique atmosphere. For those who like to explore the city, the location is great, as it is near shopping malls, ferry stations, and public transportation. the receptionists are friendly and speak English fairly well, and shuttle service is provided twice a day to a nearby mall.

Despite some negative reviews about the rooms and bathroom, the hotel provides ample sitting space at the reception, restaurant, and poolside.

The hotel looked great from the outside, which is what attracted me to it. I also appreciated the courteous staff who were always willing to help. Another plus was the convenient location, as it was near a mall and other tourist attractions.

The interior of the hotel was a complete letdown, especially the rooms. the doors were not installed properly, and the lack of side tables and power points next to the bed made things quite inconvenient.
